“The biggest challenge was low morale, or rather, the complete lack of it,” he says. “Employees were nervous and concerned about their job security after the company underwent a change in ownership. I discovered creative ways to bring the team together and shift the culture, transforming it into that of a family—now with over 60 members.” 

Today, Align Med’s staff participates in weekly training sessions, team-building retreats, and community outreach initiatives that reflect Dr. Henry’s belief in service beyond the workplace. A recent 6-day cruise for employees and a sponsored Dragon Boat Festival fundraiser for breast cancer research are just two examples of how he strengthens bonds within the organization while giving back.
