Toi Hardy is an inspiring force in the world of entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and women’s advocacy. A self-confessed “serial entrepreneur”, Hardy has significantly impacted multiple industries, from marketing and production to her charity work, leveraging her extensive expertise and network to uplift others. Having overcome a challenging upbringing, Hardy’s rag to riches story can only be called a testament of true resilience and determination.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, Hardy faced numerous hardships growing up. As the eldest of fou she frequently moved from home to home, responsible for a family while her mother worked long hours as an officer. With her father incarcerated most of her life, Toi was left to survive a life of abuse and poverty; Toi recalled many heavy days. Despite these challenges, Hardy excelled academically, starting college at just 16 years old, showcasing her drive and work ethic at an early age. While attending the University of Minnesota, she worked as a backup dancer for hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg and earned marketing ventures with Fortune 500 companies.
In 2016 Toi drove to Las Vegas with nothing but a suitcase, a young daughter and $1500. Upon arrival, her uncle, offered her a job working at his company. “My uncle offered me a salary of $30,000 a year and benefits,” Hardy recalls. “It would have provided me with some stability, but I didn’t move to Vegas for stability. I moved to Vegas to chase my dreams.”
Hardy began to leverage the vast network of connections she had amassed in the corporate and entertainment world during college to create HAI-Marketing Agency. Specializing in marketing strategies, agency work, production and staffing for high-net-worth clients, HAI’s yearly earnings skyrocketed from $50k to $1 million in five years.
In 2020, Hardy moved to Hollywood, where she continues to expand her influence. Through Powerful Network Productions, she collaborated with high-profile individuals like Drake, Tyga, and Jamie Foxx. “A lot of entertainers were unable to travel during the pandemic, so helping them grow with my marketing and production skills became my key asset and so was just an honest and hard working person in their corner at the such a chaotic time.”
Toi Hardy’s commitment to helping others extends beyond her businesses; she is actively involved in philanthropic efforts as well. She founded the Yacht Club Children’s Charity in 2022, which works with a wide variety of organizations to provide meals, school supplies, and support for at-risk children and mothers. “ I’ve dreamed of building schools and safe places for women and children since I was 16 years old, a safe place for them to focus on education, I know this would make the world a better place.” says Hardy.
Hardy’s latest venture, The Women’s Network Co, is a leading event organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting women both nationally and worldwide. As Global CEO, Hardy is dedicated to creating impactful experiences that drive positive change and elevate women’s voices worldwide. By partnering with various charities and suppliers, Hardy and her team produce classes, fundraisers, and events to promote women’s networking, helping to raise funds for minority and women causes.

Having experienced the transformative effect that quality learning can have on young people firsthand, Toi Hardy’s dedication to promoting education and safe and supportive environments is unwavering. Her vision for the future is one of hope and possibility that includes producing prominent events along side celebrities, politicians and diplomats that raise everything needed to build live in schools of course in her home town but also all over the world. in many countries where children are safe and fed and get to focus on high level development programs for underprivileged kids. She also hopes to create more programs for survivors of domestic abuse. Despite her busy schedule, Hardy continues to strive for positive change.
