Patricia Delinois Has A Passion For The Future Of Miami

Patricia Delinois, often referred to as the “Unofficial Queen of Miami,” has earned this title through decades of influence, dedication, and a deep connection with the city she has called home for many years. Her journey in Miami has been marked by significant milestones, from serving as the President of the Miami Association of Realtors to becoming a prominent figure in various social causes and charities.

With over 36,000 personal contacts on her phone and a social media following exceeding two million, Patricia has become a well-known name, not just in real estate but across many platforms and industries. Her influence has grown organically, fueled by her passion for making the world a better place and her involvement in various causes that resonate with many.

Patricia’s entry into real estate was rooted in her upbringing. Born in Canada, she moved frequently during her early years, which exposed her to different cultures and languages. Her family eventually settled in Miami when she was 17, after living in Panama, Central America. Real estate was always a part of her life; her grandfather’s passion for buying and selling properties in California and New York piqued her interest early on.

“I was inspired by his enthusiasm,” Patricia recalls. “I quickly immersed myself in the real estate industry and obtained my license. Then I began buying, renovating, and flipping homes.”

Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open a Coldwell Banker franchise in 1996, which she successfully ran for about a decade. Recognizing a shift in the market towards a more global perspective, Patricia rebranded her business to cater to international clients. Today, she is the CEO of Premier Elite Realty, an international boutique agency in Miami with prime office locations in Coral Gables, South Miami, and Miami Beach, and sister offices in Dubai and Argentina. The long-standing success of Premier Elite Realty can be attributed to the loyalty Patricia and her team have shown their clients over the years.

“I believe building trust and demonstrating genuine care for clients is what sets Premiere Elite Realty apart,” she explains. “Our commitment to community and service is at the heart of my business philosophy.”

In addition to her real estate achievements, Patricia is a best-selling author, having co-authored books with notable figures such as Brian Tracy and Larry King. These projects, aimed at helping young entrepreneurs, have further cemented her reputation as a thought leader and mentor in the business world. But Patricia’s ambitions extend beyond business and literature. She is a dedicated activist, particularly in the fight against human trafficking. Her passion for this cause led to her involvement in the “Sisters of Vengeance” film franchise, where she partnered with award-winning director George Monteiro. The project, which aims to raise awareness about human trafficking, has already garnered significant recognition, winning over 35 awards and nominations at various film festivals.

This year, while attending the Cannes Film Festival, Patricia was awarded an honorary Doctorate from the University of Arts and Offices of Mexico for her work in bringing international awareness to all forms of human trafficking.

“We are now working on the feature film for Sisters of Vengeance and we won’t stop there. It’s not just about creating movies. It’s about starting a movement.”

Looking ahead, Patricia sees herself continuing to use her influence to make a positive impact on the world. She plans to expand her network internationally, start new businesses, create more life-changing films, write additional books, and, of course, continue to grow her real estate empire.

In her free time, Patricia enjoys activities that align with her Pisces nature, particularly those involving water. Whether it’s spending time by the ocean, painting on a large canvas, or exploring new destinations, she finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her advice to young people starting their careers is to embrace failure as a steppingstone to success.

“Persistence wears down resistance,” she says, encouraging the next generation to keep pushing forward, no matter the challenges they may face.
