Celebrity Skin Guru Lewie Silva Partners With Seasoned Beauty Vets To Open ‘321 SkinGlow’

The Trio Launches a Results-Driven Luxury Med Spa In Texas This April

Like a well-curated skincare routine, celebrity skin expert Lewie Silva is building his dream step by step. In early April, he will join founders Jaime Castle and Dr. Laurence Dryer to unveil 321 SkinGlow, Houston’s newest luxury med spa, in the tony Woodlands neighborhood following months of operating in a pop-up location. With a focus on high-end treatments, the spa is set to become a go-to destination for those seeking expert skincare solutions.

321 SkinGlow offers a comprehensive range of treatments, from acne boot camps to advanced therapies targeting inflammation—one of the leading causes of premature aging. Clients can expect services tailored to address sunspots, melasma, and other skin concerns, along with medical-grade facials and popular cosmetic treatments like luxury curated facials.

“We offer everything from a relaxing HydraFacial that gives you an instant glow to more clinical treatments designed for corrective work,” says Silva.

Silva’s journey in beauty began with makeup artistry before evolving into medical aesthetics. Born in Orange County, CA, and later moving to Las Vegas at 12, he attended L Makeup Institute after high school. His talent led him to work on major award shows, including the Grammys, iHeartRadio Music Awards, BET Awards, and Clive Davis’ Grammy Party. His celebrity clients include Morris Day and his wife Lorena Day, Mayte Garcia (VH1’s Hollywood Exes Reunion), and Kortney Olson.

While Silva found success in makeup, he noticed a recurring theme among his clients—many sought to conceal skin issues rather than enhance their natural beauty.

“I loved making people look beautiful, but I wanted to go deeper. Instead of just covering hyperpigmentation, acne, and sunspots, I wanted to help people fix their skin so they wouldn’t feel the need to wear makeup every day,” he explains.

321 SkinGlow was founded by Jaime Castle, former Obagi CEO, and Dr. Laurence Dryer, a Ph.D. skincare formulator responsible for developing many of today’s top-selling products. Recognizing Silva’s expertise in both aesthetics and business, the duo invited him to join the venture as Chief Medical Aesthetics Practitioner.

With his background running a successful med spa in Las Vegas and years of experience in the beauty industry, Silva was the perfect fit to help lead 321 SkinGlow into its next phase.

“With Jamie’s business expertise, Laurence’s scientific knowledge, and my hands-on experience with patients and products, I truly believe we’re an unstoppable team,” says Silva.

While the team is currently focused on expanding in Texas, Silva hints at future locations in Las Vegas and beyond. The brand also offers a robust e-commerce platform, allowing clients to access expert skincare guidance remotely.

Through a VIP concierge service, Silva provides personalized virtual consultations. Clients submit photos, share details on allergies, sensitivities, and budget, and receive a customized skincare regimen shipped nationwide.

“We offer tailored skin builds at different price points, featuring my favorite brands and products—it’s incredible,” Silva enthuses.

321 SkinGlow will celebrate its official launch in Houston on April 2, featuring giveaways, discounts, raffle prizes, and more. At just 26, Silva has already built an impressive career, but for him, it’s about more than just success—it’s about passion.

“I wake up every day excited that I get to do this. Helping people feel confident in their skin is what I love most,” he says.

Houston is about to get a serious glow-up!
