Nick Martini: Evolving With Innovation

Nick Martini’s career is a testament to his passion for design and innovation.

His journey began during his college years when, as a multimedia design minor, he discovered a love for the creative side of computers, veering away from the coding focus of his major. After three years in his field, Martini moved to California to further explore his design aspirations. It was there he founded a production company, immersing himself in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns. This pivotal experience led him to Las Vegas, where he took on a new in-house marketing role, shaping his future in the industry.

Today, Martini plays a vital role at Resorts World Las Vegas as VP of Advertising and Marketing. As part of the opening team, he cherishes the collaborative environment that defines his workplace.

“The moment of synchronicity,” he says, “when all teams come together as we approach a launch or event date, is what I enjoy most.”

Whether it’s Superbowl festivities, Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) activations, or hosting events with stars like Kevin Hart, Martini thrives on seeing cohesive visions come to life.



Looking ahead, Martini is focused on advancing Resorts World’s “Rule the World” brand campaign, launched in 2023. This initiative aims to establish a distinctive, recognizable aesthetic for the brand while telling an evolving story of the Resorts World Las Vegas experience. With a team energized to mature and expand the brand’s reach, Martini sees an exciting future for Resorts World and its Zouk Group partners.

In the next five years, Martini envisions himself deeply involved in mentoring his team and navigating the rapidly changing advertising landscape. With the integration of AI and shifting industry trends, he recognizes the need for adaptability and constant innovation.

“Each week brings new opportunities and challenges, and I’m excited to evolve alongside them,” he says.

Martini’s approach to marketing reflects this dynamism. From property-wide activations like transforming the hotel into “Hotel EDC” during the iconic festival, to an integrated social influencer program targeting niche audiences, his strategies aim to connect organically with diverse markets. Martini’s team also leverages AI tools to streamline project management and spark creative ideation, ensuring they remain ahead in a competitive industry.

Outside of work, Martini cherishes time with his wife and two daughters. Whether at cheer competitions, dance recitals, or enjoying family trips to Disneyland, being a “Girl Dad” is his greatest joy, grounding him amid a fast-paced professional life.
