At 19, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue modeling. A year later, she found herself drawn back to Las Vegas. It felt like home. Over the last 14 years, the city has become the backdrop for her evolution as a woman, mother, entrepreneur, influencer, and real estate professional.

“Las Vegas is where I truly became a woman,” Tavarozi says. “In many ways, I feel like the city has grown alongside me.”

That growth has shaped her perspective. She has watched Las Vegas evolve beyond old stereotypes into a respected, thriving community with depth, opportunity, and sophistication. In many ways, her own path mirrors the city’s transformation. She has built a personal brand that blends beauty, ambition, motherhood, business, and heart without losing the authenticity that makes her relatable.

Her professional journey unfolded organically. Modeling led to social media. Social media expanded her network. Motherhood inspired new entrepreneurial pursuits. Eventually, those chapters led her into real estate. “Looking back, I truly love how each chapter built upon the next,” she says. “While these worlds may seem very different, they all share the same foundation: hard work, determination, passion, and kindness.”

“Having spent so much of my life showing horses, I understand the unique needs of horse owners and speak the language that comes with the equestrian world,” she says.

“And truthfully, if I’m lucky enough to receive a horse kiss while showing a property, that’s just an added bonus,” she adds.

Beyond real estate, Tavarozi is also the founder of Kiki Mama, a maternity skincare line inspired by her own journey through motherhood. As a mother of three boys, she credits motherhood with shaping her leadership, patience, and compassion. Her middle son, Kyler, is autistic, and his journey has brought an even deeper level of empathy into her life.

“He has taught me to slow down, to celebrate progress in all forms, and to approach others with greater openness and grace,” she says.

“Real estate is a relationship business,” she says. “When people know they can trust you, relate to you, and feel genuinely cared for, respect naturally follows.”

That does not mean she lacks strength at the negotiating table. Tavarozi is clear that she will advocate fiercely for her clients when needed.

“Of course, I won’t hesitate to put my stiletto down when necessary to negotiate the very best outcome for my clients,” she says. “But I believe you can be both kind and strong. The two are not mutually exclusive.”
