“We are not a tech company doing food, we are a food company who does tech,” Paul explains.

With convenience and wellness driving consumer behavior, E.A.T. is designed to meet the needs of today’s lifestyle. “We are already making and creating meals for the Las Vegas Strip,” Roman says. “To add the rest of the country to that equation is a natural progression.”
By sourcing ingredients directly from the fields and manufacturing everything in-house at their Las Vegas facility, Lagudi Fresh Food Group ensures consistent quality at scale. “We source from the fields directly. We are the source,” Paul emphasizes.
