Pomponio Injury Law Further Expands Presence In Nevada and California

Pomponio Injury Law has become a household name in the legal field over the last few years – representing hundreds of clients and growing as a firm. In addition to opening its new office in Las Vegas, which is scheduled to open in early 2022, Pomponio Injury Law has also opened a second office in Newport Beach, California to better assist in managing its California clientele.

Adding to that that growth, seasoned trial lawyer, Mark Eisenberg has now joined Pomponio Injury Law to further expand the firm’s practice.  With a committed presence in California and new offices in Orange County, Pomponio Injury Law continues its expansion and ability to assist the injured wherever they may reside.  The firm’s California practice will be led by Eisenberg who is recognized for his expertise in civil trial work with near 30-years of courtroom experience.

Pomponio Injury Law’s California practice will focus on personal injury cases including auto accidents, premises liability, products liability, slip/trip and falls, construction site accidents, and police misconduct.  Under Eisenberg’s leadership and longstanding relationship with the defense bar, Pomponio Injury Law clients will receive maximum recovery for their injuries.  

Eisenberg began his career as a defense lawyer defending the very type of cases he now prosecutes on behalf of injured parties. With dozens upon dozens of jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations under his belt, Eisenberg is able to quickly and confidently assess the viability and relative value of cases and work efficiently to bring those cases to a favorable conclusion.

Eisenberg explains: “For 13-years, I worked on the defense side trying large loss injury cases for big insurance companies.  I understand and know their processes and have used this experience to benefit my clients when handling their injury cases.”  With many of his cases garnering extensive media coverage, it was no surprise to learn that Eisenberg himself also served as a resident legal analyst and commentator for various television outlets and radio stations. Eisenberg has also served as both an arbitrator and mediator for the Orange County Superior Court system.
