Graeme Page: The Youngest Tech CEO In Newport Beach

Redefining Mental Health Education for the Digital Generation.

At just a young age, Graeme Page has become one of Newport Beach’s most talked-about innovators. As the founder and CEO of Skyll, he is leading a movement that blends technology, education, and emotional intelligence, reshaping how young people learn to protect their mental health in the age of social media. What began as a deeply personal mission has evolved into one of the most promising tech-driven education platforms in the country.

Page’s inspiration for Skyll was born out of tragedy and insight. “I grew up online,” he explains. “From the age of eleven, I was building businesses on social media and watching millions of people interact every day. It showed me how powerful those platforms are and how unprepared most young people are for what they face there.” His girlfriend’s death by suicide, following cyberbullying and the darker side of digital life, made the mission heartbreakingly real.

“It’s not just about online safety,” he says. “It’s about mental health, identity, and survival in a connected world.”

Skyll began as an online safety initiative but quickly evolved into a full-scale mental health education and life skills platform. From AI fluency and healthy relationships to communication and consent, Skyll’s lessons are designed to help students make better decisions in real-world situations. What sets the company apart, Page says, is its approach: “Skyll doesn’t just teach, it lets students experience. Our Movie Games are interactive stories where you make choices, see what happens, and learn from the outcome in real time. It’s like being in a show where you’re the main character.”

The young CEO’s leadership journey has been shaped by both vision and vulnerability. “Finding the right people was one of the biggest challenges,” he admits. “You can’t just hire for skill; they have to feel it. This isn’t just a company, it’s a mission.” Despite often being the youngest person in the room, Page leads with clarity and conviction.

“I’m grateful to have a team that believes in the purpose as much as I do,” he adds. “They remind me that passion and integrity scale better than anything else.”

Skyll’s impact is already measurable. In partnership with schools across West Virginia, the platform is reaching over 240,000 students, with plans to expand into homeschool networks and private institutions nationwide. “Mental health should be taught like English or Math,” Page emphasizes. “The world changes fast, and Skyll makes it easy for teachers to deliver lessons that actually prepare students for life.”
